Parking

Visitor parking is available in the North Parking Garage, 2152 Hillside Road, across from the Science 1 building. The parking lot in front of Science 1 is reserved for commuter pass holders only.

The North Parking Garage has no attendant or functional access gates. It is equipped with cameras that capture license plate numbers. Payment is made through the PayByPhone Parking app (https://park.uconn.edu/pay-by-phone/), which can sometimes be confusing. Drive in and park; there are QR codes posted inside the garage to help you download the app. The provided link allows you to download the app in advance.

From Points West (e.g. Hartford)

• Take I-84 E to Exit 59 for I-384 to US-44 E/US-6 E in Bolton.
• Continue onto US-44 E for Coventry/Mansfield.
• Turn right onto CT-32 S.
• Turn left onto North Eagleville Road.
• Turn right onto Hillside Road.
• Science 1 will be on the right, the North Parking Garage for visitor parking will be on the left.

From Points South (e.g. New London)

• Take I-95 to CT-32 N, 35 miles to the Frog Bridge.
• Turn right to cross the Frog Bridge.
• Continue straight on Jackson St.
• Jackson St. becomes CT-195 N., 7 miles to North Eagleville Road.
• Turn right on North Eagleville Road.
• Turn left onto Hillside Road.
• Science 1 will be on the right, the North Parking Garage for visitor parking will be on the left.

From Points East (e.g. Boston)

• Take I-84 W to Exit 71 for CT-320 S.
• From the exit ramp, turn left onto CT-320 S.
• Turn left onto CT-320 S/CT-74 E.
• Turn right onto CT-320 S Turn left onto CT-195 S.
• Turn right onto US-44 W/Middle Turnpike.
• Turn left onto Discovery Drive and continue driving until you reach the end of Discovery Road at the traffic light.
• Continue straight through the traffic light onto Hillside Road.
• Science 1 will be on the right, the North Parking Garage for visitor parking will be on the left.

From Points North (e.g. Tolland)

• Take CT-195 S past I-84, 5 miles to US-44 W.
• Turn right onto US-44 W, 1 mile to Discovery Dr.
• Turn left onto Discovery Drive and continue driving until you reach the end of Discovery Road at the traffic light.
• Continue straight through the traffic light onto Hillside Road.
• Science 1 will be on the right, the North Parking Garage for visitor parking will be on the left.
